The establishment of a specifications document to release a public tender for proposal, to renew the client’s entire IT networking infrastructure. The documents creation is based upon gathered information by the client, as well as the interviewing of the employees of the CHdN.
After the public tender has been published, all providers have the possibility to deliver a proposal according to the given specifications document.
