IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer 1st Level / 2nd Level
Your mission
1st and 2nd level support at several locations
Support, administration and installation of computer workstations, peripheral devices and video conferencing systems
Installation, configuration and support of office applications (Microsoft Office & Office 365)
Collecting and editing tickets within a ticketing system
Your profile
Teamplayer with strong analytical emphasis
At least two years of experience in a similar position
As you will be working in an international environment you need to be fluent in French and English
You are familiar with the current PC applications and have a proven knowledge in server environments with VMware, Microsoft Server and Linux
You are able to work independently and appreciate solving issues in an ever-growing complex environment
