IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer 1st Level / 2nd Level

Your mission

  • 1st and 2nd level support at several locations
  • Support, administration and installation of computer workstations, peripheral devices and video conferencing systems
  • Installation, configuration and support of office applications (Microsoft Office & Office 365)
  • Collecting and editing tickets within a ticketing system

Your profile

  • Teamplayer with strong analytical emphasis
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position
  • As you will be working in an international environment you need to be fluent in French and English
  • You are familiar with the current PC applications and have a proven knowledge in server environments with VMware, Microsoft Server and Linux
  • You are able to work independently and appreciate solving issues in an ever-growing complex environment
